摘要 介绍了 5 0 0 k V繁桥 5 91 4线路输变电工程启动调试时 ,繁昌变 5 0 0 k V SF6 断路器投切空载线路时发生断路器灭弧室重击穿的实测结果 ,线路末端相对地过电压最大为 2 .0 8pu。阐述了返厂解体检查的情况 ,内部未发现损伤 ,但灭弧室和瓷套内有微量金属粉末 ,部分有灼痕。分析认为断路器质量无大问题 ,但对杜绝灭弧室微量金属粉末仍应引起注意 。 The actual test result of heavy breakdown of circuit breaker's are chamber occurred during switching no-load line by the 500 kV SF 6 cricuit breaker of Fanchang Substation at the time of starting debugging of transmission and distribution project of 500 kV Fanqiao 5914 line was introduced. The maximum overvoltage of phase-to-earth on the line's end was 2.08 pu. The situation of the breaker after being returned to the factory and dissembled was expatiated. There was no damage found inside, but there was a little of metal powder in the arc chamber and porcelain bushing and some of the powder has been burned. The analysis showed that there is no major problem with the quality of the breaker, but attention should be paid to make sure that there will be no metal powder in the arc chamber in the future. Necessary countermeasures should be taken.
