摘要
目的:罗红霉素软膏剂的制备及质量控制。方法:采用硬脂醇等为基质制成软膏剂,用紫外分光光度法测定软膏剂中罗红霉素的含量,检测波长482nm。结果:罗红霉素含量测定平均回收率为99.19％,RSD为0.46％。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单、合理。制剂稳定性好,质量易于控制。
Objective: To study the preparation and quality control of roxithromycin ointment. Method:The ointment was first prepared by uring stearyl alcohol as its ground substance, then the roxithromycin content of the ointment was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, A = 482 nm. Results: Average rate of recovery of roxithromycin ointment was 99. 19%, RSD - 0. 46% . Conclusion:The method of preparation is simple, reasonable, stable, and easy to control in quality.
