摘要
目的:观察耐药肺炎链球菌对10种中药的敏感性。方法:用临床分离细菌为受试菌,采用微量稀释法测定10种中草药水煎剂的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:10种中药对肺炎链球菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中黄连、千里光抑菌效果最好,其MIC范围分别为1.95~7.81和1.95~15.62g·L^(-1),MIC_(50)分别为1.95和3.9g·L^(-1)。其次为黄芩、大黄和连翘等。结论:部分中草药对耐药肺炎链球菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。
Objective:To study the sensitivity of 10 kinds of Chinese herbs against drug-resistant pneumococcus. Methods: Test-bacteria were isolated from clinical specimens. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 10 kino's of Chinese herbs were determined using minim diluting method in vitro. Results: 10 kinds of tested Chinese herbs had bacteriostatic activities at different extent, among which rhizoma coptidis and herba senecionis were highly active against pneumococcus. Their MIC were 1.95 - 7.81 g L-1 and 1.95 - 15.62 g L-1, MIC50 were 1.95 and 3.9 g L-1 , respectively, radix scutellariae, radixet rhizoma rhei and fructus forsythiae aco,uired moderate baceriostatic activity. Conclusion: Some Chinese herbs had acteriostatic effect aganist drug-resistant pneumococcus in vitro.
