多节段脊髓型颈椎病两种后路术式疗效比较

Comparison between the results of two posterior surgical methods for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的 比较后路全椎板切除与后路单开门椎管扩大成形术对多节段脊髓型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法 对 38例患者手术前后情况进行回顾 ,Ⅰ组 18例为全椎板切除术 ,Ⅱ组为单开门椎管扩大成形术 ,比较两组优良率 ,手术并发症。结果 两组优良率短期并发症无明显差别 ,而长期并发症Ⅱ组优于Ⅰ组。结论 对于多节段颈椎病的外科治疗 。

Objective To compare the results of expansive open door laminoplasty with laminotomy of cervical spine. Methods All 38 patients with CSM, including 18 with laminotomy (group Ⅰ) and 20 with expansive open door laminoplasty (group Ⅱ) were reviewed. The results and complications of two groups were compared. Results There are no diffrence in short term results betweea two groups; the long term results showed group Ⅱ were better than group Ⅰ. Conclusion The long term results of expansive open door aminoplasty of cervical spine for CSM are good and stable.
