摘要 目的 探讨CD4 4v6和nm2 3 H1在卵巢癌中的表达与临床病理指标的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SABC方法 ,对 5 0例卵巢癌标本进行CD4 4v6和nm2 3 H1蛋白测定。结果 CD4 4v6高表达和nm2 3 H1低表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CD4 4v6阳性表达伴nm2 3 H1阴性表达者发生淋巴转移的可能性大。结论 CD4 4v6和nm2 3 H1与卵巢癌淋巴结转移密切相关 ,两者在淋巴结转移中起协同作用。联合检测对判断卵巢癌淋巴结转移 。 Objective To study the expression of CD44v6 and nm23 H1 and their clinical significance in ovarian carcinoma. Methods CD44v6 and nm23 H1 expressions were determined in 50 cases of ovarian carcinoma by immunohisto chemical method SABC. Results Over expression of CD44v6 and low expression of nm23 H1 were closely related with lymph node metastasis ( P <0 05), and patients with positive CD44v6 expression and negative nm23 H1 expression were more likely to have lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Expression of CD44v6 and nm23 H1 are closely related with lymph node metastasis, which may serve as an important indicator of metastasis and an index of the prognosi in ovarian carcinoma.
