E-cadherin、α-catenin、β-catenin在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的 探讨E cadherin(E cad)、α catenin(α cat)、β catenin(β cat)复合体在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义。 方法 用S P免疫组化方法检测 5 4例膀胱移行细胞癌中E cad、α cat、β cat基因蛋白的表达 ,综合分析其表达与膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、分期的关系。结果 在膀胱移行细胞癌中 ,E cad、α cat、β cat正常表达率分别为 2 9.6 %、18.5 %、2 5 .9%。三者的表达与肿瘤的分级、分期呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。高分化的病例三者组合阳性率低于低分化或未分化的病例 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 E cad、α cat、β Objective To investigate the expression of E cadherin(E cad)? α catenin(α cat)? β catenin(β cat) complex in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC),and evaluate their prognostic values. Methods To study the expression of E cad,α cat and β cat proteins in 54 cases of BTCC tissue.The relationship between expression of these protein and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of E cad,α cat and β cat in BTCC were 29.6%,18.5% and 25.9% respectively. The expression of E cad,α cat and β cat was negatively related with clinical stage and pathological grade of BTCC( P <0.05).The positive rate of E cad(+),α cat(+) and β cat(+) was significantly higher in the cases of good differentiation than that in the ones of poor or undifferentiation. Conclusion To study the expression of E cad,α cat and β cat simultaneously can be helpful to predict poor biological behavior.
