连翘中松脂素的分离鉴定和含量测定 被引量:11

摘要 目的 分离鉴定连翘果实中的有效成分松脂素 ,并测定其含量。方法 采用乙醇回馏提取 ,硅胶柱分离 ,提取松脂素 ,采用薄层光密度法测定其含量。结果 测得松脂素在连翘中的含量为 0 .12 1% ,并采用IR ,NMR ,MS等方法确证了其结构。 Objective To separate and identify pinoresinol, and to determine the content of pinoresinol in Forsythia suspensa. Methods Pinoresinol was separated from Forsythia suspensa by distillation and silica gel column methods. The content of pinoresinol in the fruits of Forsythia suspensa was determined by TLC densitometric scanning. Results The content of pinoresinol in Forsythia suspensa was 0.121%. Its structure was identified with spectral methods including IR, NMR and MS etc. Conclusion It is feasible to evaluate the quality of Forsythia suspensa on the basis of the content of (+) pinoresinol.
