摘要 金属磁性材料磁场研磨机理主要包括2方面:一是在磁场作用下,工件表面上的粗糙凸峰与磁性磨粒的相对运动和相互作用,产生磨料磨损,研除工作表面上的粗糙凸峰;二是工件表面凸峰受磁粒链交变力的作用,产生根部疲劳破坏,从而磨除工件表面上的凸峰。文中分析了影响材料磨除率及工件表面粗糙度的因素,给出了合适的研磨参数。 The mechanism of lapping finish about metal magnetic material in magnetic field have two facets. One is that the abrasive abradeding abrades the coarseness apex of the surface of the workpiece,coarseness apex of the surface of the workpiece and the magnetic mill grain move and process each other in magnetic field. The other is the fatigue wreck in the root abrades the coarseness apex of the surface of the workpiece,coarseness apex of the surface of the workpiece acted by the force of alternating change of magnetic grain chain in magnetic field. In this paper,affecting factors are analyzed on the rate of material grinding removed and coarseness of the surface. The reasonable parameters of lapping finish are provided.
