摘要
首先分析了滤筒的直径、褶高、褶数和滤筒夹角之间的关系 ,然后通过试验研究 ,对比了同一直径不同褶高不同褶数的 6种滤筒的性能 ,得到了滤筒理想夹角和褶高。
Firstly the relations amang the diameter,the depth of pleat,the number of pleat and the included angle of fitter cartridge are analyzed.Secondly by experiment the preformances of six types of filter cartridges,which have the same diameter,different depth of pleat,and different number of pleat are also compared.At last,the ideal included angle and depth of pleat of the filter cartridge are obtained.Based on these the other filter cartridges with different diameters are optimized.
