摘要
阐明知识经济时代给科技期刊带来的机遇和挑战,论述知识经济对科技期刊的影响,提出知识经济时代科技期刊编辑应有的意识与观念。
The opportunities and challenges provided by the arrival of the knowledge economy age are explicated and the impacts of knowledge economy on sci-tech periodicals are discussed. Further advanced are the consciousness and senses that editors of sci-tech periodicals should develop in this specific age.
