摘要
人才是知识经济时代科技期刊竞争的实质,而培训创新是人才成长的必由之路。编辑部要做好培训工作,首先应深刻认识培训的内涵,其次应将培训创新计划落到实处。
The essence of sci-tech journals' competition is the talents in the knowledge economy era. Training can give an impetus to that the people of talent are growing. To effectively train the editors of sci-tech journals we should not only understand training connotation profoundly, but also put training plans into practice.
