摘要
报道了二苯并噁唑盐与双格利雅试剂反应可合成大环二酮的新方法,提出了含有极化CN双键的双苯并噁唑盐与双格利雅试剂加成-水解的反应机理,并讨论了影响反应的各种因素:溶剂、设备、操作条件等。
The reaction of bisbenzoxazolium salt and bisGrignard reagent was reported, and a new convenient synthetic method of the 1,6microcyclicdiketone was provided.In addition, the mechanism for the reaction of bisbenzoxazolium salt with quaternary CN doubly group and nucleophile was proposed, and several factors influencing the reaction was discussed.
