摘要
以等位酶为标记 ,采用水平切片淀粉凝胶电泳技术 ,对黄河下游湿地 15个芦苇 (Phragmitesaustralis (Cav .)Trin .exSteud)种群的克隆结构进行了初步研究 .8个酶系统 17个等位酶位点的检测表明 ,芦苇种群克隆多样性很高 ,基因型比率PD =0 .5 3( 0 .10~ 0 .85 ) ,不同克隆在规模上相差很大 .克隆结构分析表明 。
Clonal structure of 15 populations of Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex. Steud in wetland downstream the Yellow River was studied using starch gel electrophoresis, marked by allozymes. Allozyme data at 17 allozyme loci coding for 8 enzyme systems indicated high level of clonal diversity in this species with proportion distinguishable variation PD=0.53, from 0.10 to 0.85. The sizes of different clones, however, varied greatly, from 0.10 to 0.85. The analysis of clonal structure demonstrated that the mosaic among P. australis clones was clear.
