vvIBDV诱导幼鸡免疫细胞凋亡的研究

Apoptosis of Chicken Immunocytes Induced by vvIBDV

为研究超强毒传染性法氏囊病病毒 (vvIBDV)感染的致病机理 ,在 3— 6周龄SPF幼鸡法氏囊、脾脏、胸腺细胞培养体系中加入vvIBDV ,以流式细胞术 (FcM)、DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术检测vvIBDV诱导的细胞凋亡 ,结果表明 ,在本实验的体外培养体系中 ,vvIBDV可直接和迅速引起幼鸡法氏囊细胞凋亡 。

To study the pathopoiesis of very virulent infectious bursal disease(vvIBDV),we studied the apoptosis of cultured bursa,spleen and thymus cells obtained from freshly isolated tissues of 3 6 week old SPF chickens cultured with vvIBDV. Apoptosis rate was analyzed by flow cytometry (FcM) and apoptosis was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis of extracted genomic DNA,Results showed that vvIBDV could induce apoptosis of 3 6 week old SPF chicken's bursa cells cultured in vitro,but had no apparent apoptosis inducing effect on spleen or thymus cells.
