本实验研究了适于满天星试管苗生根的基本培养基和生长素的种类,浓度.结果表明:1/2MS培养基为生根的最适基本培养基,在培养基中加入0 5mg/L的NAA最有利于根的分化和生长.

In this paper,Effect of types of minimal medium and concentration of somatotropin on root formation using tissue culture were studied.The results show:1/2MS culture medium is the fittest minimal medium on root formation of test-tube shoot of G.paniculata.When 05mg/LNAA put into the 1/2MS culture medium,The root regenration of test-tube shoot is the most beneficial.
