稀土对半金属摩阻材料性能的影响

摘要 通过在半金属摩阻材料配方中添加稀土,材料各组员之间相互作用增强,不同温度摩擦系数稳定,磨损率降低。对材料中所用钢纤维表面进行稀土多元渗处理,摩阻材料抗冲击强度明显提高。X射线能谱显示,经渗稀土处理与未经渗稀土处理的钢纤维所制备的摩阻材料组成上无明显变化,但SEM照片冲击断面处有明显差异。在上述实验结果的基础上,进而探讨了稀土发生作用的可能机理。 A new type semimetal friction material was obtained by the addition of rare earth into batch formula, and it is increased that the interaction between components and stabilities of coefficients of friction at different temperature, the material of the wear rate is decreased. At the same time, the treatment of rare earth co-permeation on the surface of steel fiber enhanced the shock resistance of the friction material markedly. X-ray spectras showed that the components of treated frictional material changed inconspicuously compared with that of untreated material, but SEM photographs implied that the thrust surfaces of them were obviously different. The mechanism of the effect of rare earth is discussed.
