新阶段新疆小城镇发展问题探析

Discussion and Analysis on Small Town's Development in Xinjiang

发展小城镇在新疆具有独特的意义。本文在分析和评价小城镇发展现状的基础上,论述了小城镇建设与发展的目标、布局,为小城镇的发展提出了符合实际的对策措施。

The development of small town has its own special meaning in Xinjiang. In this article,on the basis of analysis and evaluation the present condition of the small town firstly,the author discussed the developmental goal and programmed three belt for small town's developments in the future. At last some actual countermeasures were brought up as follow: (1) growing economic focal point, and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization; (2)strongly developing none-public-owned economy to expand new space of the second and third industries; (3)developing big and middle city positively to promote the development of the small town; (4)regard center town as principle in order to make the small town's development become a grade system; (5)reforming and innovating the system of small town.
