摘要
随着经济的发展和改革开放的深入,乌鲁木齐市的经济结构、社会结构、社会模式都发生了巨大的变化,社会极化现象开始出现,在空间上表现为居住空间分异。本文通过对乌鲁木齐市最大的房地产公司——广汇股份有限责任公司8年来投资开发的43个居住小区的分布区位和销售价格的调查,探讨了产生这种现象的原因,并总结了国外有关不同档次居住区在城市中分布区位的理论及解决居住分异问题的方法,以期为乌鲁木齐市城市规划和政府工作提供参考。
With the development of economy and the deepening of reform and openning,the economy structure and social structure and pattern have changed greatly in Urumqi, polarized phenomenon began to appear which show spatial residential segregation. This paper investigated 43 residential districts of GuangHui L. td which is the largest real estate company in Urumqi, the content of investigation include the position and the price of each estate,the causes of residential segregation were analyzed and the location theory of different class distribution at home and abroad were summarized. The conclusion could offer reference for government and city designer.
