摘要
采用化学沉淀法制备了ZrO2和Y2O3-ZrO2两种粉末,在不同温度下进行了热处理,通过X射线衍射分析,表明Y2O3作为一种稳定剂,对ZrO2由t→m的相变具有抑制作用,降低了相变温度,并能抑制ZrO2晶粒生长.
ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 powders are prepared by chemical coprecipitation .The transformation of these two kinds of powders is analyzed by XRD. The addition of Y2O3 restrains the ZrO2 transforming from tetragonal to monoclinic, improves the transformation temperature and constrains the growth of ZrO2 particles.
