摘要
本文阐述了教师专业化的基本内涵,并结合WTO背景下我国教师教育的实际情况,分析了新时期我国教师职业专业化面临的挑战以及教师专业化条件的拓展与延伸.
It states the basic connotation of teacher's specialization with the teacher's real conditions in China under the background of WTO, analyzing the challenge of teacher's professional specialization in new time and the spread of the conditions of teacher's specialization.
