网上提案工作办理系统是政府办公自动化系统的一个子系统,通过它可以在网上实现提案文档的提交、审阅、批复、办理、查询等功能,从而降低办公成本,提高政府机关办事效率.

As a subsystem for government Office Automation System, webbased proposal processing system realized the webbased function of submitting, checking and approving, answering, handling, querying for the proposals. Decreased the office costs and increased the efficiency of the government office.
