浅议江西农民进城

On Jiangxi′s Peasants Entering Cities

江西经济比较落后,大批农村劳动力滞留农村,形成显性或半隐性失业。江西要"在中部崛起",必须实现"发展经济,充分就业"的目标。城市化就是实现这一目标的主要途径之一。由于多种因素制约,江西的城市化进程不佳。在今后的推行大力发展城市化、转移农村劳动力的战略中,江西应树立发展才是硬道理的思想,避免追求"眼球"效应。

Because of the backwardness of Jiangxi economy a large number of rural labour stay in the countryside and form the dominance or half recessiveness of being out of work. Jiangxi must reach the goal of 'developing economy and full employment' and can emerge in the central region. Making countryside become cities is the main way to reach the goal. Because of many factors,the process of Jiangxi making countryside become cities is not good.In the strategy of developing making countryside become cities and transfering rural labour Jiangxi should have the thought of development being strong reason and avoid looking for 'eyeball'efficiency.
