摘要
目的:研究银杏苦内酯A对豚鼠心室肌细胞延迟整流钾电流的影响。方法:全细胞膜片钳记录心室肌细胞延迟整流钾电流。结果:银杏苦内酯A0.1,1.0,10.0μmol·L^(-1)分别使延迟整流钾电流减小5.34%(n=7,P>0.05),9.92%(n=6,P<0.05)和27.64%(n=7,P<0.05),并且具有浓度依赖性。结论:银杏苦内酯A能减少延迟整流钾电流且具有浓度依赖性。
Objective:To study the effect of ginkgolide A(GA) on delayed rectifier potassium current in guinea pig ventricular myocytes. Method: Delayed rectifier potassium current(Ik) was recorded using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique. Results: GA 0.1, 1.0, 10.0umol L-1 decreased IK 5.34%(n=7, P>0.05), 9.92%(n = 6, P<0.05), 27.64%(n=7, P<0.05), respectively, with dependency on concentration. Conclusion:GA significantly decreases IK in a concentration-dependent manner.
