摘要
目的 :研究滇黄精的化学成分 ,寻找抗HIV活性化合物。方法 :用硅胶柱层析和薄层层析分离 ;用IR ,MS ,NMR等技术鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定了 9个化合物 ,分别为甘草素 (1) ,异甘草素 (2 ) ,4′ ,7 二羟基 3′ 甲氧基异黄酮 (3) ,(6aR ,11aR) 10 羟基 3,9 二甲氧基紫檀烷 (4) ,4 羟甲基糠醛 (5 ) ,水杨酸 (6 ) ,正丁基 β D 吡喃果糖苷 (7) ,正丁基 β D 呋喃果糖苷 (8) ,正丁基 α D 呋喃果糖苷 (9)。 结论 :化合物 1~ 6为首次从滇黄精中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the anti-HIV constituents from the root of Polygonatum kingianum . Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI-gel CHP-20P and their structures were determined on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence including IR, MS and NMR data. Result: 13 comppounds were isolated, of which nine compounds were identified as liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin, 4′, 7-dihydroxy-3′-methoxyisoflavone,(6aR, 11aR)-10-hydroxy-3, 9-dimethoxypterocarpan, 5-hydroxymethyl-2 -furancarboxaldehyde, salicylic acid, n-butyl-β- D -fructopyranoside, n-butyl-β- D -fructofuranoside, n-butyl-α- D -fructofuranoside. Conclusion: Compounds 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
