摘要
本文将适应最小二乘法中的遗忘因子法用于多组分混合物的紫外光谱定量分析,运用其递推算法,无需预先化学或物理的分离直接测定混合物中各组分的含量。通过对复方扑热息痛注射液中扑热息痛和安替比林的含量测定,其平均回收率为100.3%和100.3%,变异系数分别为0.77%和1.33%,结果好于卡尔曼滤波法,表明该法为在线实时分析提供了另一途径。
Forgetting Factor Spectrophotometry has been developed for the simultaneous determination of Paracetamol and Antipyrin contained in Compound Injection of Paracetamol. The average recoveries (%) for Paracetamol and Antipyrin were 100.3 and 100.3, with the coefficients of variation (%), 0.77 and 1.33 respectively. The results of forgetting factor method were better than those of Kalman filtering. The algorithm may provide a new on-line analytical method for overlapped spectra without ny preliminary chemical separation.
