随着国际互联网技术的发展 ,电子化政府有其特定的内涵和发展的必要性。我国电子化政府在发展过程中存在着网站域名混乱、重硬件轻软件、信息发布及利用率低等问题 ,为了推动我国电子化政府的健康发展 ,必须实施中文域名体系、建立统一的政务平台、改革行政模式、培养专业人才等措施。
