摘要
介绍了一种基于瞬时转速监测原理的船舶发电柴油机在线监测与故障诊断系统的机构原理、特点和功能。系统利用瞬时转速信号和现有巡回监测与报警系统采集的热工参数 ,实现对发电柴油机的运行状态进行综合诊断和趋势分析 ;不仅可以提高船舶发电柴油机的监测和诊断技术水平 ,为设备的安全运行和管理提供了技术手段 。
This paper introduces the principle, characteristics and functions of an online monitoring and fault diagnosing system of marine diesel generator. Through this system the trends of diesel engine operating status and the diagnosed faults can be analyzed with instantaneous speed signals and thermal working parameters sampled by the monitoring system. Using this system will not only improve the technical level of monitoring and fault diagnosing for marine diesel generator and provide technical means for the safety and management of equipment, but also can improve maintenance decision making.
