摘要
本文根据铝离子与OD复配缓蚀剂对水中碳钢的缓蚀性,模拟其缓蚀膜形成时溶液中各种离子共存条件下的化学平衡,建立了数学模型,并结合腐蚀实验数据,用微机进行了计算,进一步探明良好缓蚀膜形成的条件,并揭示了缓蚀机理.
Based on the inhibition study Of A1^(3+) combination with OD on mild steel corrosion in water,the chemical equilibria of the inhibitor and various ions in the solution during the inhibitive film forming is simulated and the mathematical model is established.The experimental data are treated by microcomputer.The results show the mechanism of the inhibition of the combined inhibitor and the condition of excellent inhibitive film formation.
