摘要
将非电量测量转化为电量测量可以极大地提高对非电量测量的技术指标。微小位移的精确测量在诸多实验中均有重要的意义,为此,提出了若干种测量微小位移的电测法。
Electrical method is often more accurate than nonelectrical method,and to measure minute displacement accurately is essentinl in many physical experiments.In this paper,several electrical methods to measure minute displacement are proposed.
