摘要
本文介绍了在微机上进行X射线粉末衍射数据指标化的程序.该程序可以进行立方,四方,六方,正交和单斜晶系的指标化,在128K以上的IBM-PC及其兼容机上即可运行.文中还介绍了程序的原理,并给出了一些计算实例.
A microcomputer program for indexing of X-ray powder patterns has been introduced.The program is suitable for cubic,tetragonal,hexagonal and orthorhombic systems.Besides the principle of the program,some examples for powder pattern indexing have been shown in the paper.The program can be easily run on many kinds of microcomputer,and has a high successful rate.
