摘要
文章针对盐固结这一普遍现象,运用固体表面化学原理,揭示了盐的固结机理,提出了“交联—溶解—交联”的接点模型。用此模型观点,对影响盐固结的主要X因素进行了系统研究与试验,得出了水份、温度、压力、杂质等因素的影响顺序,并在此基础上提出了适合中国制盐实际的防止盐固结途径—添加剂法,为解决长期困扰盐业的盐固结问题提供了明确的思路。
Aiming at the widespread phenomenon of salt抯 concretion, mechanism of salt is revealed and crunode of 揷ross-link-dissolve-cross-link is proposed by applying solid surface chemism in this paper. By this model, those primary factors e.g. water, temperature, pressure and impurity, which affect concretion of salt ,are systemed in studies, its series are educed .Moreover, a method of additive preventing salt from concretion based on this is proposed, it provides an idea for solving a problem of salt抯 concretion, which has puzzled salt industry all long.
