文章分析认为应重新审视我国金融业的分业经营,实现金融业从分业经营向混业经营的回归,阐述了银证合作有利于我国银行业的发展和完善。并对我国混业经营模式及其问题进行了探讨。

It is considered that divided-running system of our financial industry should be reformed and returned to cross-running system. Cross-running system can be beneficial to the development and perfection of banking. The model about cross-running and concerned problems are analyzed in the paper.
