Primary Vitrectomy in Eyes with Posterior Scleral Rupture

目的:探讨后巩膜破裂伤的Ⅰ期玻璃体切除术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析22例(23眼)后巩膜破裂伤伴玻璃体积血患者行Ⅰ期玻璃体切除术,术后随访3～9个月(平均半年)。结果:术后视力大部份有不同程度提高,占16眼(69.5%);术后视力不提高的原因为眼球萎缩。结论:该手术对后巩膜玻璃裂伤的患者安全、有效,能使患者迅速恢复机功能,减少并发症的发生。眼科学报2003;19:79-80。

Purpose: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of primary vitrectomy in eyes with posterior scleral rupture. Methods: Twenty-two cases(23 eyes) which were cured by primary vitrectomy in eyes with posterior scleral rupture and vitreum haemorrhage were studied retrospectively for 3-9 months (mean 6 months) after the operation. Results: After operation, most of the eyes' (16 eyes, 69.5%) visual acuity was improved in different degree. The reason for visual acuity not improved was eyeball atrophy. Conclusion: The operation was safe and effective. It can improve visual acuity rapidly and lessen complication. Eye Science 2003;19:79-80.
