高压氧治疗糖尿病肾病对肾功能的影响

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen on the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的 观察高压氧 (HBO)对糖尿病肾病肾功能的影响。方法 5 5例糖尿病肾病按就诊顺序交替分为常规治疗组和 HBO治疗组 ,疗程均为 2 4 d。另选体检正常者 30例作为正常对照组。常规治疗组与 HBO组在治疗前后分别测定血浆内皮素 (endothelin,ET)、β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 - m icroglobulin,β2 -MG)、肌酐 (creatinine,Cr)及尿视黄醇结合蛋白 (retinoid- binfing protein,RBP)、β2 - MG、微量白蛋白 (al-bumine,Alb) ;正常对照组只在体检后检测以上指标。结果 治疗前常规治疗组与 HBO组的各项指标均比正常对照组有不同程度升高 ,治疗后常规治疗组与 HBO组各项指标比治疗前均有下降 ,但 HBO组下降更明显 (除血 Cr和尿 Alb外 ) ,尤其血浆内皮素和尿视黄醇结合蛋白下降明显。结论 HBO治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能损害有较好的疗效。,

Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on the renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 55 patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups, normal routine treatment group(n=28) that received usual treatment and HBO group(n=27) that received usual treatment plus the HBO.Other 30 healthy subjects as normal control group. Results Serum levels of ET, β 2-MG,Cr, urine RBP,β 2-MG and Alb in 55 patients with DN are significantly higher than those in the normal control group before treatment; while there was no significant difference between the routine treatment group and the HBO group in the above indexes. After treatment, in the routine treatment group and the HBO group, those indexed decreased(not including serum Cr and urine Alb), and the ET and the RBP obviously declined. Conclusions The HBO plus routine treatment has significantly good effects on the renal function of patients with DN.
