摘要
目的 通过分析 2 38例海军飞行人员飞行暂不合格的疾病情况 ,探索降低医学暂不合格率的有效措施 ,以减少海军飞行人员非战斗减员。方法 对 2 38例飞行暂不合格按病因、年龄、机种、职务和时间分布进行分类。结果 内科疾病致飞行暂不合格居各科疾病之首 (39.1% ) ,中青年飞行员飞行暂不合格率较高 (89% ) ,驾驶员所占比例较大 (39% ) ,飞行时间在 10 0 1~ 2 0 0 0 h之间者居多 (5 0 % )。结论 中青年飞行员飞行暂不合格率较高 ,尤其要加强对中青年飞行人员心血管疾病的健康教育和防治工作 ;各海军疗养院空勤科和航空兵部队航医室 ,要特别注重加强对驾驶员和飞行时间在 10 0 1~ 20 0 0 h之间飞行人员的行政管理和医疗保健 ,以最大限度降低飞行暂不合格率。
Objective To analyse the diseases led to Suspension from flight of 238 cases of naval Flying personnel and to probe what effective measures could be taken to lessen the Suspension from flight rate in order to minimize the non-battle reduction of naval flying personnel.Methods The diseases led to Suspension from flight of 238 naval fllying personnel were analysed with respect to etiology,age,planes type,service post and flight-hours.Results The causes led to Suspension from flight were:(1) diseases of infernal medicine,which were the most frequent cause encountered;(2) ages between 25~45,which comprised 89% of all cases;(3) 39% of all cases were pilots;and (4) 50% of all cases were having 1 001~2 000 flight-hours.Conclusions Since pilats aged 25~45 had high medical Suspension from flight rate, therefore,consequent health education and prevention of diseases(especially cardiovascular diseases) in them should be enhanced.At the same time,more attention must be paid to those with 1 001~2 000 flight-hours.
