抑癌基因TIP30蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌中表达意义 被引量:11

摘要 目的 检测抑癌基因TIP30蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌 (SaliveryAdenoidCysticCarcinoma ,SACC)中的表达。方法 选取我院 1 983年至今病理诊断为涎腺腺样囊性癌组织标本 2 0例 ,男性 9例 ,女性 1 1例 ;另选 8例正常涎腺 (颌下腺、腮腺 )组织作对照。采用免疫组化方法 ,检测组织中TIP30蛋白的表达。用显色指数和灰度值两个指标表示TIP30蛋白的表达量。结果 TIP30蛋白在正常涎腺组织中高表达 ,显色指数为强阳性 ;在2 0例肿瘤组织及淋巴结转移组织中 ,TIP30蛋白呈低表达 ,80 % (1 6 / 2 0 )为阴性 ;1 6例显色指数 <5 % ,4例为弱阳性。TIP30在肿瘤组织中表达的灰度值为 1 86 4 5 ,在正常涎腺组织中表达的灰度值为 1 2 3 2 5 ,两者相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。 结论  抑癌基因TIP30蛋白在SACC组织中表达量与正常涎腺组织相比显著性降低 。 Objective To investigate the expressions of tumor inhibitor agene TIP30 protein in Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma(SACC). Methods Twenty cases of SACC and 8 cases of normal salivary adenoid were detected with TIP30 protein polyclonal antibody. We evaluated by using ABC immunohistochemical method. Results 20 cases of SAAC and 8 cases of normal salivary adenoid were tested, 16(80%) showed negative, 4 cases showed weaker positive. Positive staining was detected in normal salivery. Immunohistochemical analysis indicates that TIP30 reduced expression in SACC than in normal salivary. Conclusion TIP30 is deficient in SACC. There are significant differents between the SAAC and normal salivery.
