山西省大同市水资源紧缺原因分析与对策研究

Analysis on the reason of water resource shortage in Datong City and its countermeasure

大同市水资源十分紧缺,供需矛盾较为突出,造成这种状况的原因多种多样。文章从历史到现在,从自然到人为,从不同侧面对大同市水资源紧缺原因进行分析研究,归纳出用水结构不合理等7个主要方面的问题,并在此基础上提出了调整产业和用水结构等5点建议和意见。研究表明,虽然大同市水资源相对匮乏,但没有合理充分利用,水资源还有相当大的潜力。只要转变观念,认识到位,并将先进的、科学的方法和手段运用于大同市水资源的开发、利用、管理和保护,大同市水资源管理中存在的问题可望得到解决。

The water resource in Datong is very short, and the contradiction in providing and demanding is very sharp. Many factors contribute to this situation. From history to present as well as from nature to human, this article deeply analyzes and studies the reason of water resource shortage in Datong in different aspects, and concludes seven main problems of using water resource, Finally based on the research, this artical puts forward five proposals and ideas, such as adjusting industries and water use structure. The study shows that the water resource in Datong has not been made a full, efficient and reasonable use although its shortage. If the ideology is changed, the realization is advanced, scientific ways and methods are used in the explorating, utilizating, administrating and protecting water resource, the water resource problem in Datong will be solved.
