天红液治疗早期糖尿病足36例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 36 Cases of Early Stage Diabetic Foot with Tianhongye

目的:观察天红液治疗早期糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:采用天红液Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方分别口服 和外洗,观测治疗前后DF指数、ABI等,判断疗效。结果:天红液可明显降低DF指数、提高ABI, 总有效率为94.5％。结论:天红液治疗早期糖尿病足安全、有效。

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Tianhongye on early stage diabetic foot. Methods: After Tianhongye Ⅰ and Ⅱ were orally taken and washed out respectively, DF in-dex and ABI index of early stage before and after treatment were observed. Results: Tianhongye could significantly decrease DF index and increase ABI index. The total effective ratio is 94.5% . Conclusions: Tianhongye is safe and effective in treating early stage diabetic foot.
