文章通过多次大修经验 ,从管束安装、焊接、无损检测、去应力退火、水压试验等关键工序 ,制定出合理的修理工艺 ,并总结出加热溶出器的修理技术要求 。

According to the experiences of major repair and in the light of some key processes of erecting, welding, nondestructive testing, stress relief annealing and hydraulic testing,this paper lays down rational repairing techniques, and sums up the repairing technical requirements for alumina heating digester for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the mainrepairs.
