Implantation of Inferior Vena Cava Filter in Preventing Pulmonary Embolism

目的 :探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞的临床效果。方法 :回顾总结 6例肺动脉栓塞患者 ,应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防致死性肺动脉栓塞发生的诊治情况。结果 :6例成功置入下腔静脉滤器 ,术后无致死性肺动脉栓塞发生 ,原有肺动脉栓塞通过治疗痊愈 ;随访 2～ 14个月 ,无滤器移位和相关并发症 ,无再发肺动脉栓塞。结论 :应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞是简便、安全。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of implanting inferior vena cava filter in preventing the occurrence of fatal pulmonary embolism. Methods: 6 cases with pulmonary embolism treated by implantation of inferior vena cava filter in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results: The filter was successfully implanted in all 6 patients. No fatal pulmonary embolism was observed postoperative ly. The former embolisms were cured after treatment. In 2～14 months follow up, neither transmigration of filter nor associated complication was found. Conclusion: The inferior vena cava filter implantation is a convenient, safe and effective measure in preventing fatal pulmonary embolism.
