摘要
通过不同试样的扩散试验,研究了3层Cu-Pb合金轴瓦的Pb基涂层中所含Sn和In的扩散性能,准确地分析了Sn和In的扩散过程,并分析了因扩散而引起的涂层含量变化和耐腐蚀性变化以及由于扩散作用形成的反应层厚度对涂层结合强度的影响和机械特性随时间变化的规律。
The diffusivity of tin and indium, which lied in the lead-based of the three layers half-bearing of pot metal, is studying in this paper based on the diffusion experiments of differ test samples. The course of tin and indium difiusivity can be accurately analyzed, and the mechanical characteristic of the changing with time is also studied. In the same time, the variation of coating and corrosion resistance, the influence of coat bonding strength due to reactive bed-thickness by diffusion has been dissected.
