摘要
用普通铁氧体工艺制备了Co2Z铁氧体材料,分析了Co2Z材料磁性能与显微结构的关系,研究了添加Y3+、Mn2+对材料结构与性能的影响,发现添加适量的Y3+、Mn2+可有效控制二次再结晶现象,从而提高Co2Z的电磁性能。
Co2Z ferrite was prepared using ordinary ferrite fabricating technology. The dependence of magnetic properties on microstructure of Co2Z was analyzed in this paper. The effect of Y3+ and Mn2+ additive on the magnetic properties and microstructure was studied. It was found that Y3+ and Mn2+ addition can effectively restrain recrystallization, and consequently increase the magnetic properties.
