纳米添加剂对MnZn功率铁氧体材料功率损耗的影响

摘要 研究了添加纳米CaCO3和SiO2对MnZn功率铁氧体材料功率损耗的影响,并用俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)和扫描电镜(SEM)对MnZn功率铁氧体材料的微结构和晶界进行了研究,结果表明加入适量的纳米SiO2有助于降低MnZn的功率损耗。 The effect of the addition of nanosize SiO2 and CaCO3 on the power losses of the manganese zinc ferrites has been investigated. The microstructure and grain boundary of the manganese zinc ferrites were observed by AES and SEM. The results show that the power loss of the manganese zinc ferrites can be reduced by doping nanosize SiO2 additive.
