摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备出ZnxFe3-xO4(x =0.3~0.9)纳米铁氧体,并对其结构及磁性能进行了分析研究。发现x=0.3~0.7的样品为Zn铁氧体与Fe2O3双相结构,x=0.8, 0.9的样品为单相ZnxFe3-xO4,晶粒尺寸均为30nm左右。ZnxFe3-xO4具有亚铁磁性,样品具有较高的饱和磁化强度及较低的矫顽力。
The nanocrystalline ZnxFe3-xO4(x=0.3 to 0.9) ferrites are prepared by chemical co-deposition method, and the structure and magnetic properties of the samples are studied. The results show that two-phase structure of Zn ferrite and Fe2O3 can be obtained for the samples with x=0.3 to 0.7; and monophase ZnxFe3-xO4 can be obtained for the samples with x=0.8, 0.9. The grain sizes are about 30nm. ZnxFe3-xO4 is ferromagnetic. The high σs and low Hc can be attained for all samples.
