本文在综合分析全国新建本科院校教师队伍现状基础上,提出了新建本科院校采取切实有效的措施,稳定教师队伍,优化教师结构,改善教师条件,提高教师整体素质的具体对策。

Based on the overall analyses of the current status of the teaching staff in the newly promoted college with bachelor's degree program, the author raised the following practical and efficient measures: to keep a steady working staff; to optimize the structure of the teaching staff and to improve the overall quality of the teachers.
