高校作为培养人才的阵地,肩负着培养高素质人才的重任。学风建设是学校建设的一个重要组成部分,关系到人才培养的质量,所以,在新的时期高校应采取积极有效的措施,抓住低年级基础教育,积极开展科技文化活动,在活动中引入竞争机制,更新教育观念等全面推动学风建设。

As the battlefield of cultivating talents, Universities shoulder the responsibility of training quality students. The construction of the style of study which is an important part in the construction of the school. So during the new period, Universities should take active measures of paying more attention to the foundamental education of the lower grade, developing the science and technology activities actively, drawing competition into the activities, renewing the idea of education, in order to promote the construction of the style of study comprehensively.
