在对蒙代尔-弗莱明的IS—LM—BP模型扩展的基础上，在保持人民币汇率稳定和资本管制的前提下，分析外国直接投资(Foreign Direct Lnvestment,FDI)流入增加对国际收支、产品市场和货币市场的冲击过程.

On the basis of expanding of Munddel - Fleming IS - LM - BP model, the paper analyses the process that the increase in FDI shocks balance of payment and monetary market and goods market on the condition of stability of Renminbi foreign rate and capital control.
