摘要
采用超临界CO2 流体萃取 (SFC)和水蒸气蒸馏法 (SD)提取温莪术挥发油 ,通过GC MS分析比较了提取物的化学成分及其相对含量 ,并研究了其对肺腺癌细胞SPC A 1的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明 ,SFC法温莪术挥发油中主要抗肿瘤活性物质莪术二酮、异莪术醇明显高于SD法 ;SFC法温莪术挥发油具有显著的抗肿瘤活性 ,在浓度为 6 2 .5 μg ml时 ,抑制率可达 6 2 .5 7% ,而SD法温莪术挥发油在高浓度下才表现出较弱的抗肿瘤活性 ,当浓度为 5 0 0 μg ml时 ,其抑制率仅为 2 5 .79%。
The volatile oils extracted by SFC and SD from Curcuma wenyujin Y. H. Chen et C. Ling were analyzed by GC MS, and the antitumor activities on human lung adenocarcinoma SPC A 1 cell in vitro were also studied. Compared with the antitumor components, the contents of curdione and isocurcumenol of the volatileoil by SFC were higher than those by SD, the antitumor experiment showed the volatile oil by SFC exhibited a strong antitumor activity, the inhibition rate was 62.57% at the volatile oil concentration of 62.5μg/ml. In contrast, the inhibition rate was only 25.79% at the concentration of 500μg/ml by SD.
