摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶 ,以乙腈 -水 (2 0∶80 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 74nm ,测定绿茶和饮料中的咖啡因含量。结果线性范围为 3.9~ 390 0ng ,r=0 .9999;绿茶和 2种饮料的平均加样回收率分别为 10 0 .2 %、10 0 .1%和 99.8%。该方法准确、简便、快速 。
To establish a method for determination of caffeine in green tea and beverages,the HPLC method employed a C 18 column, with acetonitrile water(20∶80) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 274nm. The linear range was 3.9~3900ng (r=0.9999) and the average recoveries of green tea and the other two beverages were 100.2%,100.1% and 99.8%.The method was accurate, simple and suitable for assay of caffeine in tea and cola beverages.
