摘要 SARS冠状病毒是诱发SARS的主要病原体 ,文章综述了SARS冠状病毒基因组序列分析的最新进展 ,SARS冠状病毒编码的蛋白酶在病毒繁殖过程中具有重要功能。 A novel coronavirus (SARS CoV) was discovered in association with cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrom(SARS).This article reviewed the latest result of the genome sequence of the SARS associated coronavirus. The functional importance of coronavirus main proteinase in the viral life cycle makes this proteinase an attractive target for the development of drugs directed against SARS.
